DK WORLD (“the App”) is published by DK WORLD STUDIO LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App on Meta Quest and related services.

2. Information We Process

We may process the following categories of information:

• Account and platform data: The App relies on Meta’s platform features. We may receive limited information necessary to provide online features, such as user identifiers and platform-related account data.

• Purchase and progression data: We may process in-app purchase, entitlement, virtual currency balance, owned cosmetic items, and equipped look data to provide purchases, restore progression, and prevent fraud or duplicate grants.

• Gameplay and diagnostics: We may process basic technical data such as device type, performance data, crash reports, and error logs to improve stability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the App.

• User reports: If you submit a report through Meta’s reporting tools, that report may be shared with us for moderation and safety review.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide online multiplayer functionality,

• verify and fulfill in-app purchases,

• save and restore player progression, owned items, equipped looks, and virtual currency,

• maintain safety and enforce community standards,

• prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions, and duplicate purchase grants,

• troubleshoot issues and improve the App.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared with:

• Meta / Horizon platform services to enable platform features,

• service providers used to run online features and backend services (for example, networking, cloud, storage, and progression systems),

• authorities or other parties when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or our services.

5. Children

The App is intended for users who meet the applicable age requirements for Meta Quest. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age permitted by the platform.
